' I started English tutoring lessons with Stephanie mid-way through yr 11.  I had just done my November mocks and received a grade 6 in English Literature. Although I did not have a huge amount of time, from the month of January up until my GCSEs in May, Stephanie was extremely helpful, not just expanding my English Literature essay writing techniques but also helping me to understand the texts better, and more deeply. She also marked essays completed for homework following every session, giving me invaluable feedback which helped me to really hone my essay writing skills and expression. She also took my eldest through A Level English Language over two years — again, on his own, with no school lessons alongside it. Another B.
